To begin the concrete was diamond grinded to a CSP-2 finish. The house was protected with an absorbent cloth with a bleed through free backing. A gray polyaspartic basecoat was installed and 1/4" stonewash flake was broadcasted. After drying the flake was scraped and a clear polyaspartic top coat was installed.

Elburn, IL Patio Sealer

Not all projects are about changing the existing look. Sometimes it is about just protecting what is already installed. We power washed this patio and installed two coats of solvent based acrylic sealer to maintain this patio for years to come.
